PROCEDURE FOR HOTEL RESERVATION

Please use the online booking engine for booking of rooms
100 % advance would be required to confirm the booking
All requests for hotel accommodation can be e-mailed to hospitality@competitionlaw2010.com
Allotment will be based on availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with full payment
A confirmation shall be communicated to the delegate by e-mail once the payment is received
All payments to be in DD / Cheque in favor of “Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt Ltd,” payable at New Delhi

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The above hotel rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast
Taxes will be calculated extra at 10% on given rate
Credit card surcharge is applicable for VISA /MASTER @ 2.8 and for AMEX @3.9% respectively
All changes or cancellation must be made in writing & will be subject to conditions mentioned below
Early check in and checkout are subject to hotel policy
Please note if we do not receive full payment as per the cutoff date then the rooms will be cancelled.
In case of NO- SHOW in hotel there will be no refund

DEADLINE & CANCELLATION POLICY

All the refunds will be done within 15 days after the conference is over.
Cancellation received after 20th September, 2010 a cancellation charge, 25% of total invoice amount will be charged.
Cancellation received after 30th September, 2010 a cancellation charge, 100% of total invoice amount will be charged.
